Coach Olivas enters his first year as Head
Men's Soccer Coach at La Sierra University
in Riverside, California after serving last
year as Associate Head Coach for the Golden
Eagles. Prior to coming to La Sierra he
served as the assistant Men's and Women's
soccer coach for the three years at his
alma-mater, University of the Southwest
(Hobbs NM). Where he held the Mustangs to
three straight Conference tournaments, and
the women's program to the national tournament
(2006).
Jesse
Olivas graduated with a B.S. in Psychology
and a minor in Human Developments from the
University of the Southwest, in Hobbs, NM.
Were he currently is a candidate for a Masters
in Mnetal Health Counseling.
As
a player he Captained the Mustangs to their
first playoff appearance in school history,
he also received a number of awards, Red
River All-Conference, Honorable mention
All-American. Jesse was also a member of
the VIctoville Apollo F.C. team of the PSL,
a semi-professional organization.

Coach
Munoz is entering his 5th year as head coach
of LSU Men's Soccer Team.
Munoz
played NAIA and NCAA Division II soccer
for Columbia Union College, MD. There he
was awarded MVP honors and was a team Captain
the 4 seasons he participated. He scored
34 goals during his college career. He also
was the Head Coach for the Pioneers from
1998-2000.
Coach
Munoz holds a Masters Degree in Sports Leadership
from Virginia Commonwealth University. While
attending VCU, he was a graduate assistant
in the coaching staff of the Rams, who reached
the NCAA Tournament that year. In 2003 Munoz
started working for the Charleston Battery
(2003 A-League Champions), a professional
soccer team in South Carolina. He was the
team's equipment manager, and also was a
stadium & facilities grounds man until
2005.
John
Munoz resides in Loma Linda, CA. with his
wife Jennifer, son Mario and daughter Sarah.
He is currently enlroled in LSU's School
of Religion seeking a MA of Divinity.

Trevino , Assistant Coach
David
is entering his firs year as assistant coach,
after a stelar college career. He is LSU
Men's Soccer first 4 year starter, and brings
plenty of fresh knowledge to the coaching
staff.
